Deleting your account from the LunaGem app
The fastest and most secure way to delete your LunaGem account is directly from the app. Sign into LunaGem, open your account settings, and choose the option to delete your account. You will be asked to confirm before the deletion is scheduled.
What happens after you request deletion
30-day grace period
Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days. During this window, you can cancel the deletion by signing back into the app — your account will be fully restored.
You are signed out of all devices
Once deletion is requested, you are logged out everywhere. To cancel the deletion, simply sign back in within the 30-day window.
What data is deleted
After the 30-day grace period ends, your account and the personal data associated with it are permanently removed. This includes:
Your account profile and settings
Your Coin balance and your in-app activity history
Any questions or inputs you have submitted to AI-powered features
Your notification preferences and device tokens
What data we may retain
We may retain limited data after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business reasons:
Records of in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as required by tax and financial regulations
Records necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements
Backups that are cycled out of our systems on a rolling basis

If you are unable to access your LunaGem account and need us to delete it on your behalf, please email us from the email address associated with your account:
